We booked it from the states and they made it easy. V friendly phone and email manner. No complaints, hence 5 stars. Contact and help offered ahead of arrival also made us feel supported and that our business mattered. Keep up the friendly contact. Perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Small gripes were a very squeaky bed which I attempted to fix with an Alan key but to no avail. Also, the blinds let in the morning sun, curtains would be a great addition or black out blinds. Not currently a recipe for a great sleep. Otherwise very well equipped and clean. Feels extremely safe too! My children loved the hot tub and the summer house.

Can’t fault the service- the property was as shown in the website and communication via email was prompt and courteous Stayed there with the family- ages ranging from 6 months to 63! The property is lovely, extremely well equipped, clean, safe for children and the hot tub a real bonus! The only negative was the sofas- so soft, low and uncomfortable! Plus they kept sliding about on the wood flooring so not at all relaxing and a shame, considering the standard of everything else in the property! Thus said, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday- the property is in a good location and has a great view over the field and orchards- very peaceful and private

Was told after returning that the owner said we had broken Chair and bed slat !!!!! And we’re going to take 129.97 to pay for replacements. We were a a group of four older ladies who went for a 2 and half day much needed break, we had a lovely relaxing time. So on our return was absolutely taken back to say we had damaged the items in question and that we should have notified the company as soon as we arrived !!!! There was no way we did and have been told that the company will favour the owner , we paid £672 for the very short time we were there so when you add the £129.97 on to that we feel £800 was ridiculous amount for 2and a half days, As we booked through this company we did expect a reasonable outcome but sadly nothing and the owner has had replacements from the innocent party. We feel that the company should have paid the money in good faith and not put it down to us. If we were guilty of the damage we most certainly would have paid for repairs. We advise anyone who is looking to book with this company to make sure they are covered before the next owner pulls a very unjust extra payment. We would definitely not book with this company again. But my thanks go to Fiona for all her help, but sadly no thanks to her management !!! Lovely cottage such a shame the owners pulled a fast one and said we had broken Chair and bed slat , we were only there 2 and a half days , spent most of the time out and were so shocked They were adamant we had made these damages. Such a shame as we had such a lovely much needed break which was soon to be forgotten and after all emails back and forth to the company, but sadly on our part was only resolved in favour of the owner so would have rather stayed at home. Further guests beware !!!!

Very helpful and quick to respond to all enquiries. A really lovely converted barn. The owners who live next door clearly care a great deal about their property and that everyone staying has the best experience possible.
