The service from Mulberry was very smooth and we loved Leacon hall oast. It was a stunning cottage, beautifully decorated and in a lovely setting. The cottage is really well equippped with nice bathrooms and very comfortable bedrooms. There is tons to do round there and we had a wonderful week. Patrick was very welcoming and helpful and we were able to use the pool which was a nice treat. None of us wanted to leave!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Prompt service and did exactly what they said they would. Yes I would recommend them but their terms & conditions were scary. A fabulous quirky cottage, just what we wanted. The owner made us feel very welcome and we had generous use of the pool. Home made bread and jam was lovely. The circular bedroom had the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in outside my own. The cottage was central to lots of places we wanted to visit.

The website was accurate, booking was easy and communications were good. The accommodation was clean and very well presented and exactly as describe. Everything was in good working order, a tie home away from home. The location and property were both perfect. The hosts were lovely, allowing access to their beautiful swimming pool and garden, and we loved Dotty. The pub the Warehorne is also excellent. Would 100% recommend.

We stayed in Leacon Hall Oast last week at very short notice after being grounded by BA and unable to go on our planned holiday. The owners were kind enough to take us in within a couple of hours of us contacting Mulberry Cottages, who were also incredibly helpful. The Oast house is delightful, beautifully furnished, lovely bedding and towels and very comfortable. The lovely touches including an interesting selection of books and a great DVD collection were really appreciated. The owners were so welcoming but never intrusive and the lovely pool really was the icing on the cake. The setting is perfect and our boys loved having the garden to play in. We enjoyed a gentle stroll to the village pub but by far our best evening was when Patrick cooked for us and delivered dinner to the Oast house. We went from being horribly disappointed at losing our holiday in Scotland to having the best holiday we have had in a long time and we will be certain to return very shortly. Thank you to Linda, Patrick and Dottie for being such welcoming hosts. Louise Duncan An outstanding holiday cottage in every way.
