The friendly and laid-back approach along with allowing pets was appreciated. The accommodation was perfect for our requirements, comfortable and well appointed, great local walks direct from the site. Happy to recommend and may stay again if we need to. Little Duck Lodge had everything we needed!

Yes I would definitely rent from Little Duck Lodge again. The owners were very considerate of our needs and responded wonderfully to all our requests. I would highly recommend them. We loved the views and the peaceful countryside. There were some excellent places to dine near the Lodge and the owners gave us good directions to find them.. Everything about Little Duck Lodge was perfect for us

The service we received from Mulberry Cottages was first rate. The booking process was easy, and the staff were very willing to answer questions about our stay. I’d highly recommend using Mulberry Cottages to book your next holiday. The cottage itself, Little Duck Lodge, was wonderful. Set in the beautiful Kent countryside, and within walking distance of lots of excellent pubs. We also had the incredible benefit of being able to take our cats with us; they’re indoor cats and the owner was very accommodating in some requests we had relating to our felines.

THE SERVICE WAS PRETTY GOOD - ALTHOUGH IT WAS A LITTLE COMPLICATED TO GET ANSWERS TO SIMPLE QUESTIONS AND THEN HAD TO CONTACT THE OWNER ANYWAY. THE OWNERS WERE DELIGHTFUL AND COULD’NT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. THE QUALITY OF THE LODGE WAS VERY GOOD. IT WAS A LITTLE NOISY AS IT WAS ABOVE GARAGES BUT WE WERE OUT A LOT SO DIDN’T OVER BOTHER US. IF WE WERE BACK IN THE AREA WE WOULD CERTAINLY BOOK AGAIN BUT MAYBE GO FOR THE COTTAGE - A LITTLE MORE ROOM AND ABLE TO SEE THE WONDERFUL SCENERY.

Very good service A beautiful retreat in the heart of the the West Kent countryside. The property has been very thoughtfully finished offering guests all the comforts needed for a holiday. Located in gorgeous surroundings, this cosy lodge is one of two holiday cottages that offers total seclusion and is operated by very caring owners. I highly recommend this for those craving total relaxation, away from the stresses of the daily grind! It provides a perfect base with all the facilities you would want to enjoy the peace of the Kentish countryside and take in charming local places of interest like Hever Castle and Chartwell, Churchill’s home. A very rural feel that is quickly accessed from London and the South East Ports.

Thanks to Mulberry Cottages for enabling us to find such a suitable short stay break. A haven in the Kentish countryside. Perfect to explore National Trust and the coast in 3 directions ! We were pampered even if that week there were no duck eggs ;-)
