"Hidden away from urbanity by ancient woodland a quiet corner of Surrey reveals this little holiday gem. With birds chirping in the trees countless footpaths to explore and views to remember for a lifetime the location alone is picturesque enough. But the true joy lies inside the majestic frame of this rural barn idyll.\nLittle Foxmoor Barn has been designed with meticulous detail and its calm refined style can be felt throughout. It impresses as soon as you open the door with the marvellous kitchen greeting you to your left and a characterful farmhouse dining area on the right. The open plan living space takes you under the solid high oak beams to the sitting area with deep comfortable sofas stone-topped coffee tables and beautiful table lamps creating a cosy intimate atmosphere into the evening.\nUpstairs there are two sumptuous bedrooms resplendent in understated luxury and king size beds. A family bathroom sits between them with a separate walk-in shower and gorgeous bath panelled with rough-hewn crystallised stone. Outside French doors lead from the sitting room onto the lawn offering immense uninterrupted views over the woodland the Surrey Hills and towards the South Downs. An idyllic spot to sit back while the children play.\nFor an extra treat there is a lovely scandi-style wood-framed sauna next door which can be booked on arrival small charge applies. From the door of this luxury self-catering cottage footpaths and bridleways take you straight out into open fields woodland and the beautiful countryside of Surrey.\nLittle Foxmoor Barn can also be booked alongside the adjacent Great Foxmoor Barn accommodating up to 8 guests in total."

    Any bookings for weddings, single sex groups and/or groups under the age of 25 must be agreed in writing in advance before the booking is made - please contact us before booking to discuss the suitability of Little Foxmoor Barn for your stay.

    No parties or loud music after 11pm - please respect the guests staying in Great Foxmoor Barn and the owners who live nearby.
    There is a sauna adjacent to the property at a cost of £20 per hours session - payable to the owners at the time by cash or card. The sauna is shared with Great Foxmoor Barn, but each session is exclusive for your private use and freshly cleaned each time. Please follow the safety instructions provided.
    Massages and physiotherapy are also available with a qualified specialist, please contact us for further information.

    2 electric bikes can be hired on site, £35 per half day, £55 per full day, per bike (subject to availability). Storage for your own bikes is also available with advance notice.
    Due to the sauna and a fenced pond nearby, please ensure children are supervised at all times.
    Fireworks are not permitted in the garden, but the owners will be happy to arrange a suitable location in a field very close to the barn.

    This property will be decorated for the festive season.

    Underfloor central heating downstairs, radiator central heating upstairs.
    Wi-Fi is available for general web browsing, but due to rural restrictions it is not suitable for streaming or downloading large volumes of data.

    Set in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are walks aplenty from the doorstep with woods, views and wildflowers all around - a 20 minute walk brings you to panoramic views at the the top of Leith Hill, the highest point in Southern England. Stroll to the renowned nearby country pubs including The Stephan Langton, Plough Inn, and The Parrot - serving produce from its own farm. Leith Hill Place, the gin distillery Silent Pool, Denbies and Albury Vineyards and the Hannah Peschar Sculpture Garden are all within a short drive. Guildford, Dorking, Horsham, Crawley and Gatwick airport are within 15-30 minutes drive, and for a thrilling day out for the family, Chessington World of Adventures is within easy reach by car just 20 miles away. Cycling routes abound from the doorstep for enthusiasts; for a real challenge you can take a route through pretty lanes to the famous Box Hill 10 miles away.
