We spent a lovely 7nts at Little Robin. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly, helpful & gave us plenty of space to enjoy our getaway. The cottage was beautiful, comfortable, clean & had all relevant amenities. A perfect place for those without mobility issues to go for country walks. If not, a car is a must.

A clean, well equipped, light and airy cottage with modern facilities in a great location for exploring the local area. We had a very warm welcome from our hosts. There are walks from the doorstep and a sunny patio area for morning coffee. A great place to chill out and relax with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Great Comp Garden is next door and well worth a visit even if you are not a gardener, if you are a gardener it has an extensive collection of salvias and well worth a visit. We were not ready to leave and plan to return!

Lovely cottage in beautiful countryside. Second time we've stayed - comfortable and spotlessly clean. Some minor irritations - no bin in the bedroom and the tap in the kitchen is stiff - but we had a good time and being next door to Great Comp Gardens with a complimentary ticket is a definite plus!

Very nice 5-night stay in mid-November, in a lovely setting. Welcome cake was delicious, with basic victuals (coffee, milk etc) provided to start us off. Local info useful, particularly for nearby dog walking suggestions, with a free voucher for the Great Comp Garden (right next door!) given. Unfortunately unable to make use of this due to our accompanying dog. Thought it was our tech equipment initially, but couldn’t use Wi-Fi network details provided in the brief. 2 heating controllers fitted (one in bedroom, one downstairs - why??), with each set differently, with bedroom one set to 23.5 degrees first thing in morning! Phew! Never got around to fiddling to reset(!), but suggest owners verify & reset before new visitors arrive, with explanation and a note of current settings in the brief, with freedom given to visitor to reset if required. Overall a lovely site! Will pass details to friends & family!

Lovely cottage, well equipped and comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues - kitchen tap was very stiff and the bathroom radiator didn't work consistently but that did not spoil our holiday. Location was slightly remote but ideal for us. We will be returning next year!

Lovely little cottage very clean. On arrival there was a homemade lemon dizzle cake very yummy thank you. Very comfortable bed and there was everything you could possibly need whilst staying there. Only 1 little moan why only 2 hobs very awkward to cook with. But I would definitely recommend this little cottage.

Exceptional service & quality... good communication throughout...very professional staff when we called with questions Little Robins was exactly like the photos/discription... New, Modern, excellent facilities, extremely comfortable, in the heart of the beautiful Kent countryside...Glorious! with Great Comp Gardens next door to the property to which the owners provided free entrance so that we could enjoy the stunning Gardens & facilities... what a treat! just beautiful...

Great customer service. Responded that query re cottage quickly and accurately. Had wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage at short notice over Easter break Such a beautiful well decorated and furnished property. Had everything you could wish for. Owners were fantastic: made us cakes for our arrival, introduced themselves and gave us their contact details should we have had any queries, then left us to it which was great. Peaceful wonderful break. Highly recommend this property. Would stay again had we not gone on to buy a property close by!

A very useful website We spent a very relaxing week at Little Robins. The cottage is very well appointed and comfortable. It is brand new. Everything we needed was provided. There lots of pleasant walks nearby. Our dog came with us and we found it very easy to exercise her. We would recommend this cottage to friends and family.
