There is a dining room with table for 8.\nUpstairs there are 4 bedrooms with luxury hotel quality beds. The master bedroom has a super king French style Oak bed and views over the private garden and Cotswold countryside.\nBetween the months of May and October there is also access to the Manor’s 12m heated outdoor swimming pool by arrangement. This beautiful pool is covered by a very large airdome and so can be used in all weathers but in hot summers the dome is removed. Guests are also welcome to use the Manor tennis court.\nManor Court is approximately 10 minutes from the world heritage city of Bath by car with its excellent restaurants art galleries boutique shopping and exquisite architecture. There are good public houses in the local villages.\nIt sits close to the Cotswold way surrounded by magnificent countryside for walking in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It sits at the southern end of the Cotswold plateau and a fantastic base for cycling on quiet country lanes.\nThe owners are dog lovers so well behaved dogs are welcome There is even an outside hot and cold hose for dog showers after muddy walks"

The swimming pool area has a pool house with changing rooms, shower, lavatory and kitchen. There is an outside barbeque and wood burning stove in the dining area so evenings can be spent dining outside.

Private Parking for up to 6 cars
Swimming Pool - It is a saltwater system pool and so has low levels of chlorine and salt so suitable for people who are sensitive to or dislike pools with chlorine systems. It is at least 3m deep at the deep end so children need supervision at all times. The Pool is open from the May until October.
The pool and tennis courts can be used privately with prior arrangement with the owner
