Prompt efficient service. Clear descriptions of properties with informative pictures Beautifully kept properties. Clean and comfortable. Think a charge of £30 per dog is exorbitant when no facilities or information about walks and dog friendly places is provided. There is no charge for children and cots, high chairs, etc are provided for them. Just a thought........ Also connecting doors between houses seems like a good idea for giving owners flexibility of group sizes, but inevitably noise goes through doors

I would recommend Mulberry Cottages; the booking experience was easy and when the property we wanted was unavailable, we were immediately contacted with a helpful alternative. However, the description of the property was not quite as it appeared; for example, there were no pictures of the exterior which was a little misleading - we were expecting a country cottage and in fact it was a terraced property with four others alongside. We had hoped for something a little more secluded and typical of the countryside - perhaps the name "Mulberry Cottages" misled us! When we tried to make contact with the emergency contact, Sue, to inform her when we planned to arrive, we had no response (even though we were asked to contact her with our arrival time). Overall it seemed a little impersonal to have no welcome note, no contact with any human and so little provided.

The service was efficient and responsive. Fab cottage with great facilities and location. Really easy weekend with a group of friends - plenty of options for mealtimes (conservatory, garden, lounge, dining area) and three bathrooms/loos. Simply decorated with a great quality finish. The owner was so helpful and friendly too. Bit of a tricky parking space but there are other options if you don’t want to squeeze in around the neighbour’s car. Would happily go back.
