"Exposed beams and oak features give the cottage a romantic Tudor feel the high ceilings keep the cottage bright and airy. Open plan sitting kitchen dining area with a patio door out to your private west-facing terrace complete with BBQ hot-tub fluffy bath robes are included and bistro style seating.\nThe brand new contemporary bathroom suite with a rain shower over the bath is on the ground floor. The stairs lead to the galleried bedroom with king-sized four-poster bed.\nSet on 22 acres the farm offers a range of activities to keep you busy. Take a wander along the woodland walk and meet furry or feathered friends along the way. Busy chickens are in the long grass curious pygmy goats and pigs will guzzle any food offered whilst horses and sheep look to make friends.\nBe as active as you like with a dip in the heated indoor pool or play a few sets on the all-weather tennis court. A cycle store for your bikes and plenty of paths to enjoy from the saddle or by foot. After all this effort you might like to unwind in the sauna treat yourself to a massage aromatherapy treatment or manicure at the on-site health and beauty salon or enjoy a soak in your own private hot-tub.\nThere is a small shop selling food essentials and a selection of home-made ’ready-meals’. You can pre-order a welcome breakfast or lunch hamper packed with goodies such as Dorset Cereals fresh bread farm fresh eggs local butcher’s ham or bacon Suffolk chutney and fresh local apple juice. You can sample locally sourced ice-creams.\nFor the younger ones there is a soft play area table tennis TV and Wii in the play barn. What you need to know

Baby equipment including cots, highchairs, sterilizers, baby monitors, baby bath and more can be borrowed upon request (does not include linen for cot).
 
Pre-order breakfast (from 20) and snack hampers (from 25)  please ask a member of the booking team for more details.
 
Please note that to comply with local planning rules the swimming pool has to be let out to the local school during term time, so it is blocked for a few hours in the afternoon. A timetable is displayed in the cottage.
 
Please note: The shared pool is out of use for a couple of hours a day. Details will be provided on booking.
 
A number of facilities on the farm complex are available for guests to use, including an indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub and tennis courts. For further facilities please see accommodation section.
Guests use the hot tub facilities at their own risk, and due to harsh chemicals used for maintenance purposes some skin types may react.

Nestled in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the landscapes and lowlands were made famous by artists John Constable and Thomas Gainsborough. Visit Flatford Mill to see the instantly recognisable setting of the Haywain. The Angel Inn, in Stoke-by-Nayland is a lovely local pub. Bustling Sudbury is a quaint market town surrounded by gentle rolling farmland, pretty quintessential English villages, rivers and waterways.
