    Situated in the quaint village of Hollingbourne, Moorhen Cottage lies within a short walk of the village amenities, with a choice of three friendly pubs, with ‘The Dirty Habit’ and ‘The Windmill’ locally renowned, and ‘Woods of Hollingbourne’ a fine food shop and deli selling local produce. Explore on foot or by wheels, with beautiful countryside walking and cycle routes surrounding the village. Or should you rather explore by car there is a choice of attractions for a day out, with historic Leeds Castle and Gardens a 5 minute drive away, and the coastal town of Whitstable just a 35 minute drive should you wish to discover the picturesque coastline as well as the rolling countryside of Kent. With Hollingbourne train station only a 5 minute drive away, a day in London couldn’t be easier, with direct trains taking just over an hour into London Victoria.
