Function Fees - For functions involving more than the 50 people who can stay in the house, a wedding or family celebration party for example, there will normally be a function fee added to the rental prices. Fee for up to 100 guests £1,000, 100 to 150 guests £1,500, over 150 guests £2,000. Fees include the professional planning and organisational help and management of the event throughout, use of the commercial kitchens and equipment and VAT.

Guests use the hot tub facilities at their own risk, and due to harsh chemicals used for maintenance purposes some skin types may react.
A security deposit of £1000 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
