Orchard Cottage

The cottage is in a really lovely secluded spot at the top of a remote lane. Please be aware though, as it does NOT state this in the description, that the cottage is located on a working farm. It was very peaceful, apart from the pheasant shooting in the field next door on Saturday lunchtime. We did not appreciate this. That is my only gripe; the house itself was immaculate, spacious yet cosy, had everything we needed and more. We loved the fire, the underfloor heating, the pool table and the hot tub too. The whole place is very dog friendly and the garden was large and very secure for our dogs to run around safely. Bridgnorth is only a few minutes drive away and has plenty of cafes and shops and a market. Really fab holiday cottage, had a lovely relaxing break here, highly recommend.

What an Amazing place this our 4th visit , the dogs enjoyed their little holiday as well as the humans. There is nothing better than sitting in hot hot tub looking at the moon on a frosty night. It was clean and cozy throughout. Christmas tree was up too which made the family Christmasy we watched Christmas movies and laughed. Perfect family memories made booking again next year.

The perfect cottage for relaxing . Rural, quiet and off the beaten track but very high standard of cleanliness and equipment. The large garden is very secure and a fantastic space for dogs. Would highly recommend and clean

Beautiful cottage, fantastic scenery all around, relaxing hot tub, enjoyed playing pool, plenty to keep us occupied at the cottage everything thought of for holidaymakers only slight negative the pillows were slightly uncomfortable but would definitely return

Lovely location, dog friendly garden, and beautiful views. Loved the hot tub which was well maintained by the owner. Immaculately clean and tidy throughout. Spacious, light and airy kitchen and living room with French doors to the garden. Practical tiled flooring throughout was dog friendly. Lots of interesting towns, villages and foodie stops within half an hour in all directions. Be aware of the long narrow lane leading to the cottage, but there are passing places. Worth it for the peaceful location! Owner was on site and very helpful. Bring provisions with you to get started, due to the location. A small point but, perhaps the owner might like to consider a more plentiful supply of things like nice tea and coffee, bin bags, toilet rolls etc. Overall it was very well equipped and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orchard Cottage

Orchard Cottage is brilliant. Very clean and tidy with all the things you need. Garden is very secure and large so our dogs loved running around playing ball. Little extras provided for the dogs and humans was lovely. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely views.

Had a fantastic time at orchard cottage so much space for the kids and dogs to run around the owners live right next door so you do tend to see them regularly which is handy if you need them for anything. The cottage was well equipped the drive leading up to the cottage is narrow lanes but once you do it a couple times you become more confident. Would return back

A great location - very secluded and with beautiful views. The cottage is modern and well equipped and had lots of character. The hot tub and pool/snooker table were big favourites. We took our lively Labrador with us and he loved the freedom of a large (and secure) garden and bravely barked at the cows 2 or 3 fields away - sorry about the noise!! Only very minor negatives were the narrow and gravelly roads en route to the property and an occasional rattle from the latched bedroom door should it be caught by the wind at night - no problem - we put a cushion against it - problem solved :) Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Orchard Cottage. It is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The cottage itself is very spacious and comfortable - both my friend and I and my two dogs felt at home straight away. The views are beyond spectacular and you really are out in the middle of the countryside. It's so quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

We highly recommend Orchard Cottage. It is very well equipped, clean and comfortable and is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location with outstanding views. Our dog was also well catered for with treats and a very large garden to run around in! The cottage provided a very good base from which to explore the local area and further afield. Shropshire is a lovely county and an area we will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting. A great week was had by all including the dogs with a secure wrap around garden and thoughtful touches eg. blanket, towels, bowls and treats.

Brilliant holiday loved every minute of it , the views was out of this world , so peaceful , the beds wasn't very comfortable ,but everything else was lovely , felt at home there .
