With so many events on in the city from the children’s parade to The Fringe Festival Osborne House is the perfect accommodation in any season.\nGather friends and family stroll down to the beach on sunny days and step out and sample the multiple restaurants located within a ten minute walk. Brighton town centre is only a ten minute ride by bus or a very pleasant thirty minute walk which can be taken along the seafront or high street if you wish to browse the shops en route.\nKing Alfred Leisure Centre is a five minute stroll away. With a swimming pool gym and amusement park this is the perfect place for entertaining small children on a rainy day."

Apologies but no pets are permitted at Osborne House.
 
Permit residential parking, please contact the owner to request buying permit passes at least 7 days prior to your arrival (please note these are very limited and are subject to availabililty). Long stay pay  display parking can be found 0.3 miles away at Norton Road car park.
 
Celebrations and hen parties welcome, please provide the nature of your stay plus ages and names of guests.

A security deposit of £500 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

    I highly recommend Osbourne House, Osbourne Villas in Hove and it’s lovely owner Nicky as a fantastic home from home. The brilliantly located townhouse close to bars, restaurants and the sea, offered all the creature comforts we required. Nicky was an excellent host who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we required for our large party of 10. It was a weekend to remember!
