A large enclosed courtyard garden with table and seating for four and BBQ. A small grass paddock can be used for children to play or to walk dogs. Please ask on arrival. Exclusive use of the swimming pool (open 1st May - 30th September)
What you need to know
1 cot and 1 highchair are available.
Feather duvets are provided so please advise at time of booking if you require an alternative.
2 well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs are to be kept on a lead around the farm where poultry range freely.
The property is on a working farm so please be mindful of animals, especially the cattle and pigs in fields. If you would like access to other parts of the farm please speak to the owner on arrival.
For a charge, the owner will accept horses with prior arrangement.
There is access to a washing machine, tumble dryer and spare fridge freezer in the farm kitchen next door.

The property is decorated for Christmas.
The log burner heats the main room and the bedrooms have Dimplex fires that look like wood burners and have a fan heater for cooler months. There are several large chest freezers on the farm for large items. Please speak to the owner on arrival.The farm is Eco friendly and has solar panels that provides the electricity and a natural spring provides the water.
Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).
Wales: The latest Welsh government guidance states that outdoor attractions and outdoor hospitality, including at cafes, pubs and restaurants can reopen on Monday 26 April 2021. Gyms, leisure facilities and fitness facilities can reopen on 3 May 2021.
Scotland: The latest Scottish government guidance states that gyms and swimming pools can reopen for individual exercise on 26 April 2021. On the same day, outdoor hospitality (which can serve alcohol and stay open until 10pm) and indoor hospitality (without alcohol and closing at 8pm) can reopen.
