Any other company I have worked with, once I have paid the full amount I have been able to contact the owner. Find going through a third party frustrating The whole experience was amazing Everything had been thought of but I have given it 4 star as part of the decking was broken with holes in. We have 5 children who would have cut their feet running around. (The decking was round the pool area) so we had to move the chairs to cover it up. Part of the decking on the other side had been replaced but this was certainly a health and safety issue. I left owner a note so hopefully they have done something about it before other renters children cut their feet. if you need a picture I can send by phone

We had a family holiday for a week at Easter 2018. Absolutely amazing house with lots of of space for our large group & 3 dogs. Would definately return & recommend! Lovely extra touches like games, wash powder, for those forgotten bits! Everyone loved the pool table & the dogs loved the huge garden!

The communication was a bit hit and miss after the original booking was made. Which was a shame really. A great house in a great location which was let down by the plumbing, we did point this fact out put did not recieve any feed back, a simply thank you for pointing out would have been nice,

Great customer service, would definitely use again Great space, loved the house and what it had to offer. Bit tired in some parts, not all light fixtures worked and oven/microwave wasn’t very clean. But overall we were all impressed and had a great weekend!

Excellent customer service and great to see it from the other side as I’m a property owner with Mulberry myself. Thank you Mulberry Cottages. Fabulous property for two families to meet together in a great location. A little tired in parts and one double bed clearly needed repair but the owner was amazing in her response to our hot water problem and was aware of the bed issue. Very efficient and helpful owner and a great holiday overall.

We stayed at Park Gate House for my parents’ surprise 40th wedding anniversary and what an amazing long weekend we had! The kitchen is the perfect socializing space. We played pool every day which was great fun, and sampled some local brews around the area. Be sure to check out the Farmers Arms and Rising Sun pubs for drinks and meals, both excellent! And for during the day, Stable Cottage Tea Rooms for the most perfect afternoon tea with amazing views over the Quantocks! Walks around the area are so pretty. Only issue we had was with hot water and pressure for the showers, very temperamental which resorted to us all having 60 second military showers! All in all a fabulous venue!

Very easy to deal with and straightforward internet booking. They had very good communication with the owners of the property. We all had a very chilled weekend away and enjoyed Dunster which is nearby. The property is an excellent place for a mix of age groups with the various area + the large dining table to sit round for evening meals. The only downside was the oven was in need of cleaning but apart drom the, cleanliness was very good.

Very kind and helpful agency. The whole process of booking, communicating to myself and with owners was all trouble free. Would definitely use again and recommend for others to use. This was such a beautiful cottage, with lovely grounds in a great surrounding area. Couldn’t of been happier with it. Our whole party had a amazing weekend stay and have even mentioned about returning to this cottage some day in the future.
