Had a great time at Pebblefish with the family, walks along the beach with a good pub down the road. Really nice cottage had a lovely and relaxing holiday.

Nice size property with lovely views and very well equipped. Sadly a little tired and in need of a freshen up decor wise. We had a lovely week but don’t feel it was worth the “ luxury” label or the price paid! Downsides included fumes from oil fired boiler near one of the bedrooms, dirty toilet brushes, unemptied and filthy outside bins.

Our 3rd stay here, the first time at Christmas and it didn’t disappoint. The house was tastefully decorated and looked lovely with the tree alight for when we arrived. It’s the perfect house for 3 generations and we will definitely book again

Well equipped large cottage. Games room, cinema room and hot tub. Secluded back patio area. Just the road between cottage and beach. Short walk to The Pilot pub/restaurant. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good about this holiday accommodation, everything was fabulous. Wonderful stay, great walks great local sea food and a relaxing hot tub to go back to in the back garden. Even a cinema and a putting green indoors. The balcony from the master bedroom was excellent, to watch the sun rise. Also watch the sunset from the back garden. Thank you so much. We would love to stay again in the future.

Very nice property which has had a lot of effort put in to it to make it an outstanding holiday home views from the master bedroom balcony are wonderful with lovely views of sun rise and moon over the sea only negative from that respect is the road noise but when inside the noise is hardly noticeable. Just the place if you like a getaway from it all kind of holiday. Lovely pub just a few hundred yards down the road which serves very good food also has a dog friendly restaurant but gets very busy. Nearest shop is just over a mile away but lovely seaside walks are just outside the front door. All in all a very nice place to explore the southern Kent area from. This has been one of the very best holiday homes we have been to and if it was in a more popular destination it would be far more expensive.

Pebblefish is a lovely property in a unique location. It is modern and comfortable with lots of audio-visual tech. We also enjoyed the hot tub and patio heater. Reasons to go: - clean - well-equipped - spacious - sea views and walks - enclosed garden sheltered and dog-friendly Reasons you might prefer somewhere else: - remote location. There is an ok pub nearby but not much else. There does seem to be a frequent bus but a long walk to the train station. - not for light sleepers. The upstairs bedroom is very light in summer and there is a moderate amount of traffic - slow Wi-Fi - exposed location can be windy (although the rear garden is sheltered)

Stayed between 29 July and 5 August 2022. PebbleFish had all we needed with great walks on your doorstep. We went for a relaxing week and that’s exactly what we had!

Beautiful modern well equipped house with far reaching views across to the sea at the front. Lovely sheltered garden at back with fire pit, hot tub and barbeque. Our grandson aged 2 years loved the Romney Hythe railway passing several times a day past the wall at the end of the garden. Would highly recommend.

We loved Pebblefish when we stayed for a few days - a stylish, large and comfortable home with excellent facilities and a wonderful location and views. We enjoyed fish and chips at the Pilot Inn (less than a 5 minute walk away) and walks along the vast local beaches and bird sanctuary. The mini steam train occasionally passing by behind the house was a fun novelty. Communications were all helpful and clear.

This property is absolutely stunning. There have been no corners cut and the attention to detail was top class. We absolutely loved every minute and the hosts were equally perfect. We have already booked 2 return trips for this year so highly recommended.

The photographs of this property really do not do it justice. A perfect getaway to be had with amazing facilities that can be enjoyed by all generations. The children loved the cinema and games rooms and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The property is large spacious and full of top gadgets, the open-plan layout makes it a great space for eating and enjoying each others company.
