The property provides you with a relaxing getaway.     Please note, access to the working farm is not permitted. The environment of the working farm is not appropriate for children to play unsupervised. Sorry, no stag or hen parties. Holidaymakers, couples and family bookings only.

    This is a working farm, access is not permitted to the farm, and no dogs are allowed.
    Pheasant Retreat is based on the ground floor, there are no stairs.
    Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
    The owner lives on site. The owners house is located approx. 25 metres from the retreat.
    Please be advised there is no wifi at this property, however, 3G/4G can be used on your mobile device.
    No Stags or Hens or Weddings or all male groups.
    Gas Central heating throughout.

    For cleaning purposes the owners have purchased an Airsteril machine that will be used between lets to ensure the best possibly cleanliness for all guests:
    AIRSTERIL
    Microorganisms are deposited on surfaces from the air where they continue to grow, magnifying odour issues and the risk of infections. Standard room cleaning and disinfecting procedures can only offer a temporary solution. As soon as an area is cleaned the airborne microorganisms immediately begin to settle, recolonizing the surfaces and increasing the odour and infection problems. Many places still only use fragrances which attempt to mask odours and do not target the source; the contamination both in the air and on surfaces.
    AIRsteril technology changes all of this…

    A Travel cot and highchair are available - please provide your own cot linen.

    The small, quiet and ancient village of Ulcombe, with its lovely church, lies in an enviable location amidst the lush greenery of Kent. Plenty of outdoor opportunities for walking, cycling, riding, tennis, golf and fishing. Made all the more pleasant due to the beautiful setting. Leeds Castle is just a few miles from Pheasant Cabin and is one of the most beautiful small castles in Britain.

      Dealt with Sarah who was polite, empathetic, and truly efficient. Well done Sarah, well done Mulberry. Truly wonderful cabin. Great location. Heidi is a lovely host , warm and very welcoming. Having Wi fi would have been good .

      cottage booking was easy, directions to cottage good the description was that it was on a farm.no mention of the noisy agricultural vehicles early in the morning.dissappointing view
