A very comfortable barn, in a lovely location. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. Not very much room for anything the guests may bring, such as food supplies for the kitchen, as the cupboards are mainly full. But that wouldn’t stop us using this cottage again. I gave this barn 4 stars because it was comfortable with a lovely location.

Second time we have booked through them Both properties were excellent. Easy to book, very efficient. Lovely situation; very quiet. Only issue was that the bang up to date electrical controls were difficult for us technophobic oldies! There was everything wee needed (and a lot more). Would stay again - but this was our last visit to the UK.

Very good service. I would certainly use their services again and recommend them to others. The cottage was very well equipped and to a very high standard. We wanted for nothing. The cottage was in a very secluded and quiet area.A lot of thought and care had gone into the design of the cottage. The only negative was the key holder on the outside of the property. It was really difficult to get the key out when we arrived and also to put the key back when we left.

We had difficulty receiving e-mails other than the marketing ones, however after phone calls the office sent out the info by post the next day. Otherwise very helpful. One heater not working but a supply of fuel for the wood burner compensated for this. Well equipped, bed very comfortable, however there was a lack of storage space, for food, case etc. Chair was ok but the sofa(which was able to convert to a bed) was very uncomfortable lacking support the compromise for having to do two jobs!

The first property we booked through Mulberry Cottages was advertised as available on the website, but three days later we were told that the owner had changed his mind about renting it out as he was holding out to rent out two properties at the same time. Fine if we had known. Then when we made a new booking it took a week of chasing before we got a confirmation, and then further confusion followed when we were sent a reminder email for the wrong cottage. overall very unprofessional. Lovely cottage with a wonderfully equipped kitchen! Very quiet, and warm in winter as long as the wood stove was burning.
