Responses do arrive to any questions - so hang in there. They do make an effort to fulfil requests. Appreciate that. I did everything by email and all seemed to be OK.

Great communication. Followed up with owners any questions I had and returned with answer. Enjoyed Regency Beach House over Christmas 2017. 3 families got together (including our children, well young adults). We all loved the house. One friend said she’d miss going down to the kitchen. All the different levels gave the house lots of interest :) Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Sports memorabilia fascinating. I would say (I was the main contact person) if you have small children or people less-abled, then this house would be quite tricky for them. This is for a practical note. The house was excellent to enjoy, something for everyone, pool table (well used), CD juke box, electronic games and board games, great kitchen for the foodies and lots of areas to relax. I think if we book again, a summer vacation would give a whole other aspect to the place. Lots of garden right up the top and outside kitchen and swimming pool. Another practical note: there is free parking opposite the house on the sea front, just be aware the road is busy and unloading will take time and care. We did have a little trouble with the Aga. Our contact lady immediately arranged for a gentleman to come out and get it going. It was a simple fix but not obvious, so clearer Aga instructions would be beneficial. (This is not a criticism, just a suggestion :) The lady who met us on arrival and departure was very helpful. All members of the families said they really had a great Christmas at Regency Beach House.

Yes I would use them again. Arranged booking by phone with a very helpful representative after scanning their comprehensive website. What was particularly pleasing and helpful was that we were booking a large house for a group of 11 family members and they were most helpful when my daughters rang about the provision of additional requirements, without the need of referring to me. The accommodation itself was outstanding. Absolutely faultless

When I called up the staff were all friendly and helpful and got back to me quickly with any queries that I had. The house was absolutely lovely made even better for the great weather that we had that weekend so the pool was constantly used. The only thing that is the juke box number 0 didn’t work so couldn’t play all the songs but apart from that its a lovely house with lots of character and so much sports memorabillia you could have spent a week looking at it all!!!
