Hi, we loved the house but we felt that we could have had more information from you sooner - it was all too impersonal until we were in touch with the owner nearer the time of arrival. The stay was perfect but the service from Mulberry seemed only geared to receiving the funds - which may be the object?

Professional. Good selection of properties to suit most clients. Good at keeping in touch prior to arrival and contactable whilst staying. quite Good value for money for 10 people. Warm in Winter! However, Christmas Tree (if you can call it that) modern awful thing totally out of keeping with the rest of the house, as were any attempts at Christmas lights and decorations, felt more effort could have been made. Also most houses we have rented over the years have left some token of welcome and considering the cost for Christmas week a little disappointing.

We stayed with them in October 2015 and found them very good, it was booked 2 weeks before our stay. We booked Riverside cottage near Barton Stacey for April this year to celebrate 2 big birthdays. Only when we had booked did we find that the arrival time was 5pm. They did in fact get it changed to 4pm. During my conversation with them they did say that all their cottages start from 3 pm Riverside didn’t. I think this should be shown on the website before any commitment. Maybe the owners of Riverside should make this known to you. Also the pictures of the property should be updated from them as it wasn’t as shown on the original website. Have just given my thoughts but extra would be to say the bathroom shared with the twin/double couldn’t be used as the ceiling couldn’t allow for stand up. We are aware that this is an old property but feel that to say it slept 10 was over generous. Having said all that we did have a wonderful weekend with our family.

The accommodation was lovely, comfortable and well-presented, the grounds beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious conservatory in which the 9 of us could eat together around the huge table. The venue was full of delightful nooks and crannies. The children enjoyed the three staircases! They also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately there was a problem with the water pump which meant it was working several times an hour, and sometimes every five minutes, day and night. It somewhat spoilt the peace. It was grumbling away in the background all the time. However, we understand that with these older properties maintenance can be difficult.

We had five nights in Riverside Cottage which we took for a family wedding nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect time there. The large beautiful garden, swimming pool, BBQ made our holiday. There is plenty of space for everyone and it’s setting is idyllic.

Initial contradictory info in how many adults could stay. Otherwise good, easy to book, quick response to email. Fantastic property, lovely house suited our needs. Quite pricey for a weekend.

Riverside cottage was an amazing experience - all of the above. Definitely coming back. We left a deposit and I am not sure what the procedure is with this. Should we phone to discuss?
