Excellent service from Kevin, charming man and so so helpful. Will certainly be returning at a later date and hopefully the same cottage. Just a few days break and thoroughly enjoyed

Fantastic and knowledgeable host Great location, view was amazing. Host was second to none, very knowledgeable about the area, and a welcome pack on arrival. Only small negative sofas uncomfortable and could do with updating.

This was the most perfect location and house was exactly as described. Owner could not be more helpful was always on hand for advice. Would highly recommend Location perfect. House could do with some more plates/cutlery. Loads to do in area and most things just 30-56 minutes away.

Excellent service and rapid response to queries. Friendly staff. Excellent welcome from caretaker who offered lots of useful local information and was very approachable, responsive and friendly. We felt that the house itself was not good value considering the tired decorating and the poor quality soft furnishings, and kitchen equipment. Position on the Water Park was lovely and we were able to enjoy local walks. Would not re book this property.

Mulberry Cottages has been very responsive and very clear in their terms of payment etc. Thanks for making this holiday great. Apart from the fact that the house was just perfect, great parking in front of the door, beautiful lake lapping at the terrace at the back of the house and the six of us were very comfortable. Kevin adds considerably to the value as he has been very available for anything that crops up, respected our privacy and gave us good advice. In terms of location - could not be better, in my opinion, because in addition of being bang halfway between the Northern edge and the southern tip of the Cotswolds, you had the beautiful lakefront view.

Mainly good, but promised to call me back on 2/3 occasions and didn’t which I find annoying. We were a bit disappointed with the size of the bedrooms. The master bedroom was bright, spacious with a beautiful view but the other bedrooms were very small with only just enough room to walk around the bed-sideways if you’re overweight! There is no hanging space in either of the smaller bedrooms or anywhere to put bags etc. If bedroom 3 is not being used you can spread out but otherwise you have to pile all your belongings on the landing. We felt the house had not been cleaned to a high standard, particularly the kitchen. Rubbish left under the sink and dirty crockery and cutlery. We also had to ask for extra fan heaters during a cold spell as the wall heaters were inadequate in the lounge. The manager Kevin was very obliging during our stay but would not recommend for 6 people.
