The place is everything we wanted, but it was the attention to detail that really makes this stay outstanding. We highly recommend it, and will definitely try come go back at some point.

Everything that Mulberry Cottages said and did was on time and very professional. I would recommend them as an ideal company to book a break with and since we got back from our break I have done this to may of my colleagues Not enough stars to cover this amazing converted granary. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner, who left us home made goodies on arrival and a very comprehensive tea & coffee get started pack. The granary is surrounded by countryside and is very quiet. The ideal place to recharge/rediscover yourselves. Fully equipped (more things than we have at home)

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Cottage in toller, ruhiger Umgebung. Kate ist eine aufmerksame und nette Gastgeberin, was man auch von den Nachbarn sagen kann, die uns gute Tipps für die Weiterreise gegeben haben.

Excellent service. When the house I had booked was no longer available they found me another and arranged for me to be able to take my dog, even though it was not advertised as dog-friendly. Sappington Granary was just lovely and Mrs Brazier very hospitable. The granary was well-furnished, comfortable, warm and in a beautiful location. We had the breakfast on our first day and it was delicious, everything was homemade.

I absolutely loved my stay with mulberry cottages, at Sappington Granary. My only negatives would be that by giving the email address of my other guest because they insisted on having his details, it did actually ruin the surprise before Christmas as he got an email about it rather than me. Also some confusion with what is available, for example, freeview television was on the list of facilities however wasn’t available when we got there. Other than that it was lovely, we were supplied with a lovely package of fresh eggs and homemade panacotta. Easy to purchase, however an expensive booking fee which added a lot to the overall total which was disappointing.

They were very good at providing consistent reminders about payments, and continued to keep in contact up until the stay. Sappington Granary was a lovely cost cottage and the host, Kate, was absolutely wonderful. Faultless hospitality, a great location, and absolutely everything you could want in terms of facilities! I will likely be looking to stay here again as we felt so welcome and had such a wonderful time.
