      Mulberry Cottages offered except service. We had a last minute problem with our original booking, but Mulberry sorted the issue very quickly and covered the additional costs involved. Really happy with their performance. Beautiful house in an excellent location, with pretty much everything you need nearby and a few minutes walk to the beach; lovely garden, house was very clean and plenty of space for a relaxing holiday.

      Large lovely well located holiday house for myself, my husband, my 4 children, my parents and my 2 dogs. Enough space for all to have some private time and great kitchen/dining area for some sociable time. Well equipped kitchen. Close to the beach, park, shops and good dog walks. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house and probably not the last. I would have given 5 stars but one side of the garden fence is a bit broken. Luckily I found some wire mesh to put up to stop the dogs having an adventure of their very own!

      We have planned our third trip with Mulberry Cottages already. the best thing is the quality of the properties. Customer Service is friendly but at peak times response was slow and chaotic - I had to chase up an enquiry three times, and each time there was no note of my last call on my account. however staff were also polite and friendly and did ultimately sort things out for me! Family friendly property minutes from the sea - charming and a bit lived in which was great because I wasn’t on my toes all the time worrying about us lot! Very well considered in terms of layout and provisions - with a downstairs utility space, porch and lovely children’s playroom packed with toys and games in it - our lot loved it as much as the expansive garden, And the trampoline is a real bonus.

      What a fabulous holiday - great accommodation for the whole family. Would love to visit again and have told family and friends of the high standard. Precise information which is just what is needed when visiting the area for the first time. This accommodation was high spec and we had the most amazing holiday. Great place for Grandparents/Parents and the children who enjoyed the trampoline in the beautiful spacious garden. Plenty of space for everyone to relax both inside and outside - so many birds to listen to while having breakfast outside - so many aspects of the garden to enjoy.
