Living room: open plan living space, ample comfortable seating for all guests. flat screen TV with a blu-ray, dvd player and iPod docking station. Cosy wood-burning stove.
Kitchen: well-equipped kitchen. Electric range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. A washing machine is featured in the rear hallway.

Hot tub can be booked for your stay for either the weekend or the week, please indicate at the point of booking if you’d like this option. For 1-3 nights the additional cost is £300 for 4-7 nights the additional cost is £360. (Please note different prices apply for Christmas and New Year Hire).
Large garden surrounds the property and a patio area with outdoor seating and a coal BBQ (Coal not provided please supply your own)

What you need to know
A security deposit of £500 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
Only well behaved dogs are acceptable, please state this at the time of booking.
Cot and highchair can be provided.
Please note: the stairs up to the 2nd floor are a little ;steeper than standard stairs. Due to the period nature of this property, some of the ceiling and door frame heights throughout the property can be fairly low.
The cottage is located within a working farm. There is an unfenced pond within the grounds.
Searsons House is available to let either separately or in conjunction with the adjoining Searsons Cottage. Both cottages can be rented together to sleep up to 18 at Searsons.
In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, towels, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.
