Introduction

"Seashore Apartment offers a cosy and comfortable break no matter what time of year. You can never tire of the ever changing 180 degree sea views from the balcony and if it’s a little chilly there is a stylish pebble effect fire to keep you warm and snug.\nThe sitting room is light and bright and inviting. A sofa bed allows couples with children to enjoy the apartment and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Fish lovers will want to visit Griggs Hythe where you can buy fresh fish caught each morning.\nIf you want a break from cooking then Sandgate has many restaurants including vegetarian and vegan options as well as of course traditional Fish Chips. Folkestone’s famous Rocksalt restaurant is a few minutes drive and well worth booking in advance.\nAnd to work off all the lovely local cuisine there are endless coastal walks into Hythe and Folkestone."

Excellent apartment, position and sea views brilliant, directions to the apartment good up to a point, sat nave took us up prospect road to back of building, had to go back to main road, front doors away for repair so confronted with plywood doors and thought it was a building site, no note to say enter it was a builder from the flat below who told us what was going on (double outer doors now on and painted black) Also inner door to flat now grey not blue. The 2nd set of stairs are very steep you felt as if you could tip backwards, in fact my partner had to go down them backwards holding on to the handrail. During our stay and finding out where the back door and shared path took us we drove round and went that way with the cases when we left.... sooo much easier than climbing all the stairs.

The apartment was lovely and felt really homely. Loved the sea view. Found a fantastic Greek restaurant in Folkestone we visit a couple of times. Our visit was spoilt by building works going on in the foyer of the apartment which was very noisy and disruptive so had to head out when we had planned a quiet day relaxing.

This is a very well presented holiday flat with everything we needed with one exception a microwave but I can see it would take up a lot of work space. We are very regular users of self catering holiday accommodation as we usually take the dog with us and find this is the easiest way. I was most impressed with the welcome pack, everything one would need plus the lovely flowers. It’s the best I have ever had. Thank you we hope to return.

Lovely, cosy, well equipped apartment with a small balcony overlooking the sea. There is little to do in the immediate vicinity but we enjoyed our walk along the promenade into Hythe and Folkestone (about 2 miles or 40 minutes East or West) where there are all the facilities and amenities you could wish for. Would definitely recommend for a leisurely weekend away from the hustle of City life. Will return soon. Thanks.

One of the best self-catering holiday agencies. Very easy to deal with. All the information I needed. Personal touch - even added a promotion code retrospectively when I forgot to put it in my booking. Have already booked with them again. Wonderful apartment. Great location - fabulous sea views. Very well equipped. Also lots of cleaning products available. I wish more holiday lets would realise that people will leave the accommodation clean if you leave them the material to do it. Lovely welcome pack too. And so nice to have a kingsize bed. The rear access was an added benefit for taking the dog out. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch. On a sunny day you could be in the Med. We have already booked again. Only drawback for some people would be the very steep front steps.

The apartment was lovely and bright and very clean. The view was perfect and the basket of welcome goodies was a lovely touch. The only issue was the leaking shower, the owner had told us there was an issue on our arrival and was sorting it out as quickly as she could. We would definitely stay there again As above, lovely light and clean apartment. A welcome break

Last minute booking! Excellent flat with all you need- parking in front of the house- very friendly neighborhood & that fabulous view! Little difficult to find- directions not very good- especially because there is an apartment block nearby signed Seascape where the residents were not very pleased when you try to come in.... Perfekt - allerdings sollte die Wegbeschreibung überarbeitet werden

The service was ok but the person that I spoke to did not seem to know very much about the apartment that we wanted to rent for the week. The particulars are misleading. Firstly the front of the apartments is a little bit shabby, secondly the steps up to the front door are very steep, perhaps not suitable for someone elderly or with mobility problems. Thirdly, this is a lone letting apartment in a block of about 6 or seven. All the others are private homes. Lastly, yes the view looking from the back of the apartment out through the patio doors is of the sea, but it does not show the busy main road and bus stop right outside and beneath the apartment. All of that said, the apartment is very nice and well furnished. There is an issue with the shower but this i believe is being fixed.

Very professional and friendly service. Seascape is a lovely and spacious 1 bedroom apartment, which has everything you wish for. It is located right on the sea front with lovely views over the sea and very convenient for Sandgate HIgh Street. We had some sunny days in November and had our coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment is very well equipped and the Wifi is excellent. We felt lucky to have found Seascape when we were in-between houses for quite some weeks.
