Easy to book, great cottage. Exactly as described. We had a wonderful holiday. Would definitely recommend Mulberry Cottages. The cottage was super. More than we had hoped for. Very clean, gorgeous shabby-chic furnishings inside. Top rated bed linen. Lovely bathroom, strong shower, exceptionally clean. warm radiator, decent towels. The kitchen was well equipped, although it didn’t have a freezer. Sitting/dining room - very cosy, well appointed with sofa, books, DVDs, super TV/DVD. Internet was pretty slow but totally adequate. Parking was fine. A nice outdoor area at he back with good chairs and table, and was very private which we liked. Easy walk to the Pilot Inn, where they serve good basic food. The shack on the beach at lunchtime provides excellent fish, freshly caught and cooked - the best we’ve ever eaten. The station for little train, which runs so close to the cottage is just along the road, and well worth a trip to Hythe. Juxtaposed to Dungeness B Nuclear Power station, the flora, the fabulous bird life and the wrecked ribs of sheds and boats on the shingle provided a wonderful if somewhat eerie setting - but one we loved!

Very easy to use, keep me informed at the right intervals. Cottage more than lived up to expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a lovely homely feel to it. When looking at other properties in the area it was fairly priced

Very responsive and helpful, particularly when we gave feedback on the cottage we stayed in. I would highly recommend them. Perfect location. We wanted to be able to see the RH&D train - and we could: the line goes right past the front door!

Easy to use site. Helpful staff when amending booking. Fab location with gorgeous views towards the sea and Romney Marsh from back garden. Great base for cycling, golf and doing nothing. Cottage well equipped and clean. Only 1.5 hour drive from London but away from it all. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to switch off.

Good communication. I was kept up to date at every stage. The cottage was beautiful and well equipped. We were a party of 3 adults, where one person had to sit on the cane chair - not at all comfy - could do with a ‘normal’ chair. That is my only very small gripe (if one could call it that, even). I would definitely recommend anyone to stay.

Nice cottage and we have stayed there before. Very well equipped and comfortable. Minor drawbacks: Would be nice to have Wi Fi. More toilet roles please. 1 part used is not enough. Very cold on arrival as most heaters were unplugged or off. Took 2 hours to warm up. The price is too high for this time of year. I can get a comparable cottage in hi value parts of Cornwall for less than this.

Seaview Cottage is in a perfect situation to experience the awesome bleakness and beauty of Dungeness! Within walking distance of everything on offer and the added quaintness of having a little steam train passing by! The accommodation has all the home comforts you could possibly wish for...even post it notes to stick on items like the TV remote to inform the caretaker that new batteries are needed! Very clean and comfortable....just wish I could afford to visit more often!! The service from Mulberry Cottages was very efficient. The information was accurate and received in a timely manner.I would recommend the company
