"Shotters Farm comprises of 2 properties a charming period house in the heart of Hampshire boasting expansive views of the Hampshire countryside as far as the eye can see and a separate barn conversion called the Mews on the same site.\nBoth properties are on the private estate of Shotters Farm which also plays host to the Shotters Farm Long Barn a popular Hampshire wedding venue.\nThe detached cottage is the perfect countryside retreat offering spacious bedrooms a countryside-infused kitchen diner and a snug to cosy down in at the end of a tiring day.\nThe Mews is an eclectic barn attached to the main wedding venue barn with a modern kitchen to cook when you please and an English Heritage inspired sitting area with period features surrounding a glowing log burner.\nOutside there is a large patio area next to the cottagewith grassy areas near the Mews. To top it all off there is also a tennis court included perfect to entertain both the family and your guests on your holiday haven.\nWith 8000 feet of land on the private estate why not bring your fluffy companions along to turn it into a real family getaway"

What you need to know
A security deposit of £500 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
Please note that linen is changed every week where applicable.
Extra cleaning is available at extra cost of £100. Please note there is no mid-stay clean during 2 week lets.
Please be aware that this cottage is on the site of a wedding venue and the cottage is adjacent to the venue. If you are not booking as part of a wedding party you can contact our booking team to verify if there are wedding bookings on the site during your stay.
There is a pool directly adjacent to the property which is not part of the rental (access to it is closed off). The pool is part of the owners adjacent property and private grounds.
In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.
Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).
