Thank you, very polite and helpful on phone. It was a lovely place and the staff there was very helpful. We were a bit surprised for the price though that we didn’t get any outside space and we had to ask to use the terrace. Fortunately they were great about it and let us. We thought it should be automatically included though for something so expensive otherwise we would have felt quite trapped.

if we had actually occupied what I had booked it would have been better BUT unbelievably awful communication-ie NOTHING- not even when the accommodation booked was changed twice!! it is a lovely cottage but not what we had booked.........the owners cannot expect to take rent and not allow the occupiers to do and use what was paid for- if they want to enjoy their lovely property then either do not rent it out or go away when it is. The swimming pool was included in my rental but excluded at start of the letting .-not allowed to open doors on to terrace yet on Sunday morning we had to observe the owners family using the pool- ridiculous. Not that they should not use it as it is theirs but when included in a letting? It was still advertised on the website last Wednesday, 15th July but understand now withdrawn This cottage has no sitting out space adjacent to cottage- not great on a summers day. the owners need to get into the real world of holiday letting and should be much better advised than they have been.
