All four bedrooms come with luxuriant Super King beds and all are en-suite. The large fully featured and up to date kitchen allows for catering on a grand scale. With two ovens two fridgefreezers two dishwashers and a warming drawer you’ll want to base your best cooks here With a BBQ for each cottage and plenty of outdoor furniture you can also take your feastings out into the sun making the most of the great outdoors. For that morning and afternoon boost this cottage is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine Aeroccino and complimentary capsules. On arrival guests will be greeted with a welcome hamper.\nAfter you’ve returned from your excursions in the South Downs you can relax in your own private hot tub just outside the back door. Or continue exercising with a dip in the large heated indoor pool with integrated jacuzzi. Both have disabled access via a hoist. Underfloor heating around the perimeter of the pool and in the changing rooms keeps your toes warm and helps reduce slipping. An acoustic ceiling offers a sound-proofing environment. For cooler climes you won’t be wanting for warmth in this cottage. Make use of the wood burning stove with complimentary basket of wood and underfloor heating. Private enclosed garden allows for relaxing and the safe scampering of children or pets.\nLocally you’re spoilt for choice for things to do. Numerous pubs are minutes away as are walking and cycling trails historical sites including 30mins to the medieval city of Winchester vineyards and famous Marwell Zoological Park."

Equipment such as cots, baby monitor, high chairs, baby bath and age appropriate books, toys, DVDs and games can be put in your cottage prior to arrival. Babysitting may be arranged subject to availability and the owners can assist in making a booking from local services
Our new indoor swimming pool is now open to guests of our holiday cottages. The 13 x 6 metre pool, with integrated jacuzzi, is 1.45 metres deep and heated to a lovely 30-31°. Perfect for both exercise and play! The pool and jacuzzi are leveldecked, with the water being level with the surrounding poolside.
The pool can be enjoyed very day of the week, from 8am to 8pm. The pool may be closed for 1 hour during the day when cleaning takes place, but we aim to minimise downtime and aim to clean early in the morning.
In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.
