      All good, would use again. Lovely apartment and great location for the cricket, however as others have said, the motion-sensor activated kitchen light can be a bit of a nuisance.

      Die Buchung der Ferienwohnung über Mulberry Cottages funktionierte völlig problemlos. Sehr aufmerksam war die erneute Zusendung der Kontaktdaten per SMS einen Tag vor der Anreise. Ich würde sowohl die Unterkunft als auch die Buchung über Mulberry Cottages jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Für die freundliche Vorbereitung unseres Aufenthaltes vor Ort möchte ich mich nochmals herzlich bei unserer wirklich sehr netten Vermieterin bedanken, die bis hin zu Milch, Tee, Toast und Orangenmarmelade wirklich an alles gedacht hat. Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der reservierte PKW-Parkplatz auf dem Hof und der in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft liegende Sainsbury´s local taten das ihre. Es war schlicht perfekt und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

      Nach anfänglicher Schwierigkeit (der Eigentümer der zuerst gewählten Fewo wollte in dem gewünschten Zeitraum gar nicht vermieten) tat Mulberry alles dafür, dass wir eine schöne Wohnung in vergleichbarer Lage bekamen. Wir waren damit sehr zufrieden.

      Very helpful on the telephone and e-mails sent telling me every thing I needed to know. Skyfall was lovely but could be improved by the glass above double bedroom being blacked out. As light in kitchen worked on sensor it came on whenever anyone went into the room, sending bright light into room. Apart from that everything was lovely.

      Poor information in regard to property description.No warning as to the amount that would be required as regards security deposit (I have 2 mails that state £0.00 would be required.The security deposit of £350.0 was excessive.I was expecting a luxury apartment,this property was by no means luxurious.The kitchen was not as well equipped as described and the access was difficult having to climb 2 steep flights of stairs.You should mention that this property is unsuitable for under 12s and anyone with difficulty walking or climbing stairs prior to booking.If I had known all of the above I would not have booked this property. as stated previously The property was in a good location for walking into Canterbury and getting to Canterbury Station.And anyone who wanted to watch cricket
