The swimming pool is open to guests of our holiday cottages. Both have disabled access via a hoist. There are 9 steps with a handrail leading in to the swimming pool. The 13 x 6 metre pool, with integrated jacuzzi, is 1.45 metres deep and heated to a lovely 30-31°. Perfect for both exercise and play! The pool and jacuzzi are leveldecked, with the water being level with the surrounding poolside. Underfloor heating around the perimeter of the pool and in the changing rooms keeps your toes warm and will help to reduce slipping. An acoustic ceiling offers a sound-proofing environment. There is a shower in the pool area to rinse yourself before and after using the amenities. There is also a changing room, lockers, 2 toilets, a shower room and an accessible toilet and shower facility. The pool can be enjoyed very day of the week, from 8am to 8pm. The pool may be closed for 1 hour during the day when cleaning takes place, but we aim to minimise downtime and aim to clean early in the morning.
Guests use the hot tub facilities at their own risk and due to harsh chemicals used for maintenance purposes, some skin types may react.
In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.
