We stayed here midweek for 4 nights and couldn't fault the facilities. The place itself looks wonderful and the local pub which is a 5 minute walk is very nice for food. Would definitely recommend.

Possibly our favorite cottage to go away to for a weekend escapade from London as it’s not too far away yet still has the feeling of being somewhere very remote. It’s fantastic in every way, a beautiful space with everything we need, and we love the walk to the Vyne too.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely converted stable, it is set in a lovely quiet village location and has fantastic decor throughout. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

I had a lovely and very restful stay here. Really calm and the interior is beautiful. The only very minor downside is that the bath itself is quite small but not a major issue at all.

This is probably the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in. The converted stable is in the grounds of the owner’s house but you have complete privacy and a totally secure garden. Not even our little terrier could get out. The restoration of this accommodation is stunning with all the home comforts you need. Within walking distance is The Vyne a National Trust property and beautiful grounds. We would definitely stay here again.

Springfield Stable is a beautiful cottage, everything is well thought through and the facilities are top notch. I had a wonderful time at the cottage, the garden is very secure and dog friendly, my pup loved running around. I was impressed with the quality of the equipment and everything was so nice and clean. The kitchen facilities are excellent, everything you need and more. The owners are so friendly, they helped suggested some good local walks, and the pub is only 3mins walk away. The Vyne is well worth a visit, and only 25mins walk or 5 mins drive from the cottage. I defiantly recommend a visit to Springfield Stables, this is on my list to re visit next year.

Perfect place for dog owners with large secure garden. Comfortable and clean. Lovely place to stay. Unfortunately it was too hot for us during a heat wave but our break would have been perfect if it was cooler weather.
