Games Room: Small football table that can be converted into a pool table, hockey table or table tennis. Lots of games and toys and french doors leading out onto the large patio. (We request dogs are kept in this room when they have been outside to dry off)
Kitchen: American double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, full sized Aga with added electric oven and hob, table and seating for six. Steps up to the dining room.
Dining Room: Feature fireplace, table, and seating for 10, stairs to the first floor.
Sitting Room: TV with Freeview, seating for 10, log burner, french doors leading onto the back garden.
Snug: A fun room with bean bags, TV with Freeview, Xbox that can also be used as a DVD player, games and DVD’s (the two put up beds can be put in this room, sleeps 2), stairs to the first floor.
Master Bedroom: (sleeps 2) Super King size bed (Twin beds available on request). This room is also large enough to accommodate the two put up beds.
Bathroom 1: Opposite the master bedroom with bath and separate shower, underfloor heating.
Bedroom 2: (Sleeps 2), Super King size bed. (Twin beds available on request)
Bathroom 2: En-suite to bedroom 2 has a freestanding roll top bath with hand held shower head.
Bedroom 3: (Sleeps 2), twin bedroom with two single beds (King size bed available on request). A mezzanine floor can be found up a paddle ladder, parents please be aware to supervise children using this.
Bathroom 3: En-suite to bedroom 3 with a shower cubicle.
Bedroom 4: (Sleeps 2), twin bedroom with two single beds (King size bed available on request,but please note it will limit the space on one side of the bed). A quirky feature of this room is that there is also a toilet and sink.
To the front of the house, there is a large private garden, patio with garden furniture, BBQ, private parking and a carport. To the rear, there is another private garden.

Pet specific information: 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but are asked not to go upstairs or on the furniture. Owners are also asked to keep dogs in the games room when they have been outside to dry before allowing them to enter the house
Parking restrictions: parking for multiple cars and also a carport for anyone wanting something undercover
The property is only suitable for family gatherings.
Accessibility conditions: this is an old house with steps between the kitchen and dining room and two staircases to the upper floor
This property will be decorated for the Christmas period
Guests at this house are kindly asked to remember this is a family home and there is a small neighbouring barn. The barn does not share a garden with Stagg Farmhouse and has its own drive, this is visible from the front garden of the farmhouse and is where the owner lives.
A security deposit of £500 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
