Star Of The Sea

We had a lovely stay in this property. We were impressed with how well equipped it was and it worked perfectly for us having a second living area, which we used for the kids. All beds were comfy and bathrooms spotless. We are hoping to stay again and would definitely recommend.

The house was lovely in every way and we look for to returning soon. Not enough seating in communal areas if all adult in your group this is something to be considered when booking.

Such a lovely place, perfectly placed right next to the beach. Lots of room for all the family. Modern amenities and overall, really comfortable. On the downside, parking is hit and miss, if you're lucky you get to park outside, if not you have to squeeze in one of the back streets. We will stay again! 

What a beautiful house, perfectly located. Our host Sophia was second to none. We had a problem working out the central heating, she was able to resolve that quickly. Not enough wine glasses, but that was resolved within an hour with a delivery of 8 new ones by hand. Communication was amazing, all texts answered within half an hour. We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful house ,lovely decoration and well equipped .The house is situated just a short walk from the town which has lots of amenities .We had a lovely holiday and would not hesitate to stay at Star Of The Sea again in the future.

Star of the Sea is an amazing property in an amazing location, the house was very well kitted out and very comfortable, the only constructive feedback to give would be to have another comfy chair in the lounge as it was a bit of a squash on the small sofa other than that it was perfect and we hope to be back soon

The house is in a great location and well equipped. We weren't able to park outside but there is free on road parking around the corner.

This is a beautifully decorated house, beds, showers , bedding, towels , cutlery , china are all top grade. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, possibly we cooked more than most people We were a family group, 80-23yrs, our only real concern was the right hand side of the steep stairs not having any grips or bannisters, particularly on the shiny wooden stairs into the lower floor living room etc.

A warm and very comfortable house for 7 old friends to have a break together. Immaculate furnishings, very well equipped and great for eating and celebrating together. Easy access to the town, beach and walks. Altogether a wonderful holiday.

Star of the Sea is a lovely house in a great location which I’d highly recommend. And if you’re a swimmer it’s about a minute to the beach!

As a family of 6 we loved our half term stay at the Star of the Sea! A beautiful, well equipped house in a beautiful setting and lots to do locally. We managed to find parking just outside on our second day, this might be trickier during busier times of the year but there are free on road options in the streets nearby. Thank you for an amazing break

We have just returned from a three night stay at this Superb House. I will be rebooking and recommending to all family and friends. A beautifully spacious house ,decorated and furnished to such a high spec, no-one wanted to leave ! So much thought has been given to every detail, it is more than fully equipped for any circumstance. The accommodation is on three levels, giving our party of six, private space but also ample room to gather in the two comfortable lounges. Immaculately clean, the house is situated in a quiet road just a moment away from the Beach and the Green, a ten minute walk from the town. The views from the two top bedrooms are just what holidays are made for and the Lower rooms can be utilised as a totally separate annex. This is absolutely a Five Star property in a Five Star location. I cannot wait to go back … The nicest property I have ever stayed in !
