Each of the Historic Coventry Trust’s properties are unique have lots of character and offers guests something different so you’ll want to keep returning and try out all the properties and work out which is your favourite Both Gate House properties have original features including historic stonework comfortable beds and modern furnishings. Downstairs there is a modern kitchen-dining room with Corian grey quartz worktops modern Neff cooker with induction hob integrated dishwasher microwave fridge with icebox and quality cooking equipment. On the first floor is a living room with comfy modern sofa flat-screen HD TV and dual aspect windows with a view over to Lady Herbert’s Garden. Guests can also view the original stone arch of the gatehouse from this floor. On the second floor is a large double bedroom and a generously sized bathroom with a large luxury shower.\nIt is a perfect short break for couples and independent visitors wanting something a little different from their stay. There’s always plenty going on in the city including an exciting range of music at the recently restored Drapers’ Hall just round the corner.
