"Tarrant Valley House sleeps 14 comprises an exquisite farmhouse for 12 with an additional apartment adjacent sleeping an extra 2 all on a working farm. There are six en-suite bedrooms in the main house which is perfect for extended family groups and large parties.\nThe beautiful and extensive walled gardens and orchard with play area provide a haven for children of all ages to play. There are games a tree swing and huge lawn for badminton or cricket matches whilst the indoor swimming pool and sauna will provide a source of entertainment whatever the weather.\nMod cons abound in the living areas and include large screen TV’s and DVD with Netflix and WII-console. Six of the en-suite bedrooms have TVs and there’s a great Sonos sound system for music lovers.\nThe farmhouse is oozing with character and style in all rooms from the chefs superbly equipped kitchen with Aga to the dining room with high ceilings and huge glass doors opening out onto the terrace the perfect place for a special event.     Note that there is separate Independent apartment (sleeps 2) adjacent to the farmhouse rented independently on site. This holiday unit shares the pool.

    A security deposit of £650 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

    A two course farm-sourced meal can be delivered hot to your door, on requested with the owner.

    For any guests arriving between 3rd - 9th April 2020 - the owner will offer a two course farm-sourced meal delivered hot to the door.

    What makes this area so special

    On the edge of the village of Tarrant Monkton. With a pub just a five minute walk over the water ford, through a cluster of thatched cottages serving traditional, locally sourced fayre; The Langton Arms is an absolute gem and great if you don’t fancy cooking. It is also dog friendly, child friendly and very, very close.
