"This is your exclusive opportunity to rent this fabulous self-catering farmhouse set on a working farm. Sleeping 16 in six en-suite bedrooms the main house is perfect for extended family groups and large parties. There are two separate independent self-catering units that make up to 8 bedrooms. One a ground floor cosy apartment with its own courtyard and garden access adjacent to the main house and the other a gorgeous two storey house opposite sleeping just 2 both with own unique outside bateau baths\nThe beautiful and extensive walled gardens and large lawned area with selection of garden games and tree swings courtyard garden area and enclosed orchard area with toddler friendly play area with mud kitchen and sandpit digging area and space to play. Whilst the indoor pool and sauna will provide a source of entertainment whatever the weather and some great relaxation for all.\nMod cons abound in the living areas and include large screen TV’s and DVD with Netflix and Wii console. Six of the en-suite bedrooms have TVs and there’s a great Sonos sound system for the music lovers.\nThe farmhouse oozes character and style in all rooms from the chefs superbly equipped kitchen with Aga to the dining room with high ceilings and huge glass doors opening out onto the terrace which is perfect for a special event and alfresco dining.     A two course farm-sourced meal can be delivered hot to your door, on requested with the owner.

    For any guests arriving between 3rd - 9th April 2020 - the owner will offer a two course farm-sourced meal delivered hot to the door.

    What makes this area so special

    On the edge of the village of Tarrant Monkton. With a pub just a five minute walk over the water ford, through a cluster of thatched cottages serving traditional, locally sourced fayre; The Langton Arms is an absolute gem and great if you don’t fancy cooking. It is also dog friendly, child friendly and very, very close.
