The accommodation is adjoined to the owner’s main house yet feels very private because of its well designed divided accommodation terrace and grounds.\nOpen the bifold doors onto the spacious terrace in summer and enjoy a spot of tennis in the afternoon or stroll into the trendy market town of Stockbridge for a coffee or brunch in the ’Thyme and Tides’ deli. Easy and clear booking system Fantastic location, beautiful annex in lovely grounds. Overall clean, but some areas needed more of a deep clean and a bit of TLC.

The booking agent (Mulberry Cottages) was not very responsive but the owner of the property was lovely and ensured a fun and enjoyable stay, thank you! Beautiful hideaway, we’ll be back!

Mulberry did what they needed to do - nothing more nothing less, no complaints. The Annexe was great, the main reason for our stay here was the tennis court - we were lucky enough to have great weather and get lots of use out of the court which is private and really close to the Annexe. Its a short walk into the village, which has a few shops and a couple of pubs (book in advance), and one (sparsely stocked) Co op! We liked Prego deli. There are a couple of nice walks too. The owner of the annexe was lovely and very welcoming. A nice sized main bedroom and adequate bathroom (we didn’t use the second room). The annexe was very light and well stocked, although there were a few old cobwebs around which could have been dusted up!! We liked how the doors opened up onto the patio which was a lovely place to sit, a nice garden and there were lots of birds - even bats at night. Overall a really lovely stay, would definitely return and recommend.

A lovely place situated within walking distance from a beautiful village with a number of shops, good cafes and several pubs. The cottage was well equipped and clean, and great for a small family with small children. The setting was also very nice and quiet.
