"The Barn at Banks Cottage is located at the edge of Pulborough Brooks with misty atmospheric dawns in winter to the bright blossoming of spring through to sun drenched summer - there is no season this cottage can’t be enjoyed in.\nThe Royal Society for the Protection of Birds works tirelessly to preserve our beautiful indigenous wildlife and there is nowhere better from which to admire their work. Relax on the patio with a pair of binoculars and a cup of coffee or take a lengthy amble around the water’s edge to see what birdsong you can identify. With the local pub a pleasant 20 minute walk away pop out for lunch or enjoy a hearty dinner in the evening.\nIf history is more your thing then Parham Estate and Gardens is nearby where you can explore the incredible Elizabethan home and grounds. With plenty of events throughout Easter and summer it is well worth seeing what might be on at your time of visit.\nThe accommodation itself has been renovated to a fantastic standard with a luxurious kitchen artistic log burning stove and two very comfortable bedrooms. It is perfectly cosy in winter and has a pretty patio garden to be enjoyed in summer. Pilates and personal training can also be arranged."

      Wonderful service from Mulberry Cottages. Kenny & Abbie were a great help in arranging my booking. I would book again! The property is amazing! The view is breathtaking and the location is very tranquil. There is so much to do in the local area and the property is well stocked with leaflets and guides to help you plan your stay. The owner was very thoughtful and the property in perfect condition. My family and I will most certainly be back.

      We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Barn. The accommodation was very comfortable and the views were stunning; we also met the owners who were extremely friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

      Schnelle Bestätigung der Buchung und übermitteln der Informationen incl. Kontaktinformation bei Rückfragen, resp. Nachfrage, ob alles i.O. Gute Beschreibung von Lage des Cottage. Angaben zur Infrastruktur und Ausstattung trifft zu. Paul und Deirdre sind äusserst nette, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Besitzer wie man es sich nicht besser wünschen könnte. Einfach super Cottage für Leute die keinen Rummel, sondern Ruhe und Erholung in der Natur suchen. Das ganze ergänzt durch sehr freundliche Besitzer.

      Efficiënte dienstverlening. Smaakvol en goed uitgerust huis op een werkelijk prachtige locatie midden in de natuur met prachtige uitzichten. In de buurt zijn mooie dorpjes en van alles te doen. Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaars. Een aannrader! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

      Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Ein wunderschönes Cottage, das sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet ist. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal hierher.

      Very efficient. Happy to answer any questions during the booking service and prior to arriving at the cottage. We stayed for five nights and were impressed with the Barn right from the start. It had everything we could have wanted for a country retreat – log fire, comfy and well designed furniture, fully kitted out kitchen and all situated in a picturesque setting. There are great walks and a fantastic local pub nearby. Our hosts were very accommodating and happy to help with questions on the local area. We couldn’t recommend it more.
