Good customer service whilst dealing with Mulberry cottages. The online service helped me select a suitable cottage and the location was good. Alas, the cottage was not great. Very expensive considering the quality of the accommodation. No toilet paper on arrival, not even milk for a cup of tea! I know this is self-catering but to not even have such basic items for guests who have travelled is not really acceptable. The owners were in the cottage next door and on one occasion we were unable to park due their guest taking up the whole drive.
