What you need to know
A security deposit of £500 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
Please note: the decking is unfenced to the beach, therefore children will need to be supervised.

There is one parking space in the garage, which is opposite the car park. The garage key/fob is located on the key rack in the house. Unfortunately the garage only has space for 1 car. There is also a car park near the property but charges apply, and there is alternative free car parking on the esplanade beyond the end of the houses along the seafront.
