I had an excellent experience both with Mulberry Cottage’s and also with the owner of the cottage which I stayed in. Top notch experiences all around. Mulberry staff were extremely communicative and helpful and they even provided me with a welcome grocery shop of what I consider luxury goods from Waitrose - thank you. The owner of the cottage I stayed in was brilliant. Super friendly and extremely kind and generous - a welcome bottle of prosecco and invites to join him on the local shoot. The cottage itself was far better than I had hoped. Warm, clean and with wonderful views. Whilst a little more expensive than I would usually afford, it was worth every penny. Thanks to everyone for making my stay such a happy and enjoyable one! Great personalised service and communication from beginning to end both with Mulberry and with the owner.

They provide a good quality of houses and cottages although I didn’t like that I had to wait one week arrival to find out the exact address that I will be visiting. Lovely tranquil cottages with views of the countryside, a perfect place to relax and explore the surroundings. The cottages is well equipped and I just loved cooking in the artic cabin. Definitely recommend.

Easy to book, friendly staff. Had one hiccough in that confrimation directions did not arrive as planned, though I think this was an email problem. Great location, and good facilities in the cottage, eg arctic BBQ cabin

Clear online booking, quick response. Have used before and will do so again. Disappointed on arrival not to find any welcome note nor even a pint of milk to make a cup of tea (Sunday evening). Most of the many cottages we visit have some ‘welcome’. Sitting area (upstairs) not as cosy as appeared in photos. Some problems with parking space as one of the nearby properties had builders working

The service was very good. Helpful staff. I would suggest though, that they keep a more detailed list of what ’gadgets’ are available in the property, such as french press, hairdryer, etc. very helpful owner. Cottage is lovely. However, we did find the internet slow, due to it’s location. Otherwise, all was good.

Good website. Straightforward booking and clear information. Cottage in great location with good views. Well converted. Good sized garden and plentiful garden seating and tables, really useful. Arctic cabin a very useful and fun addition. Main areas well cleaned but some harder to get at areas needed cleaning e.g. on top of fridge freezer, under sofas and beds were very dusty. A modest but continual trail of ants across the kitchen door way. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Needed a towel to stop leaking water spreading across the floor.

We’ve used the services of Mulberry 3 times in the last 18 months and each time the experience has been positive. They seem to source unique and interesting properties and the customer servicing is excellent and the pricing very competitive. We will continue to use and recommend them. This property well suited our needs on this occasion. It was compact but then we knew that before booking and the property configuration suited out needs well as a couple travelling with 2 under 10’s. The property was easy to find and was available at the stated time. The property was very clean and everything worked and we were comfortable with the standard of fit and finish. The outside space was excellent - our children loved the visits from the local cows - and the artic cabin was an interesting experience.
