Customer service was great - very easy to book and their communication all the way up until the day we arrived was fantastic. Nothing to fault. The cottage itself was exactly as expected. A TV in the main bedroom would have been handy but nothing to stop us really enjoying our time there. Only comment (which may be out of the hands of the host) was that the country road leading up to the property was pretty unmade and a lot of branches were brushing up against the car as we drove down it which left a couple of marks we had to polish out.

Efficient and friendly service both on line and the phone. Would recommend to other people. Could have more comfortable armchairs Expected a change of linen after 7nights But,very well equipped and clean. Did appreciate the ’ goodies’ provided especially after the long drive we had. The garden was a delight, and we really enjoyed meeting Herbie - who does all the hard work to keep it looking at it’s best. Will definitely consider returning. PS Possibly some fresh flowers in the house would make it perfect !

Very helpful staff! Beautifully decorated cottage in a remote location, surrounded by fields and forest. Very quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped with everything you could need (best equipped cottage we have ever been to). Fantastic!
