Stairs lead down to the snug area a spacious yet cosy retreat with warming wood burner and plush soft furnishings to curl up on to watch a film after a day of exploring this beautiful part of Kent. Fall into a dreamy slumber in one of the three bedrooms each with stunning French style rattan beds hypoallergenic duvets and white cotton linen all provided with your complete comfort in mind. Sharing three beautifully finished bathrooms each with elegant marble tiling oversized showers and one of which features a luxurious roll top bath for soaking away the stresses of everyday life.\nWith far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside greeting you from the moment you arrive you will instantly full in love with this peaceful countryside spot. Views are best admired from the al-fresco dining area where barbecues on a summers evening can be enjoyed with only the sound of birds and farm life to be heard.\nNestled amongst rolling countryside The Dairy is tucked down a narrow country lane in picturesque Ulcombe. With a choice of quaint Kentish villages nearby immersing yourself in village life couldn’t be easier with Headcorn and Lenham within a 10-minute drive both offering a choice of pubs restaurants cafes and shops and both with train stations taking you into London is just over an hour should a day in the city appeal. Or for days out exploring Kent attractions such as beautiful Leeds Castle and Gardens and The Big Cat Sanctuary are just a 10 minute-drive away. Beach 23 miles.     Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).

    Wales: The latest Welsh government guidance states that outdoor attractions and outdoor hospitality, including at cafes, pubs and restaurants can reopen on Monday 26 April 2021. Gyms, leisure facilities and fitness facilities can reopen on 3 May 2021.
    Scotland: The latest Scottish government guidance states that gyms and swimming pools can reopen for individual exercise on 26 April 2021. On the same day, outdoor hospitality (which can serve alcohol and stay open until 10pm) and indoor hospitality (without alcohol and closing at 8pm) can reopen.
