    The web site was easy to navigate around; the description of the property and its environment was accurate; the transaction was processed efficiently. We’d use them again without hesitation. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and well situated about 15 minutes by foot from the centre of Whitstable. Designated parking is always a bonus for accommodation in a town environment. The kitchen was kitted out with everything you’d need for your stay. The owner was efficient and helpful. We’d recommend it unreservedly.

    Booking process was simple, efficient and quick. The contact before, during and after the stay was excellent. Best of all the property was fantastic and the local contact was brilliant - the flat was spotless when we arrived, there were ’essentials’ in the fridge and even a home-baked chocolate cake on the table for us!!! Only tiny downside was that the flowers that I ordered via Mulberry centrally arrived the day we were leaving and not the day after we arrived as ordered. No complaints whatsoever - everything was exactly how it should be.

    Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer; sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Wenige Schritte zum Meer, fußläufig in die High Street. Alles bestens, wie nicht anders erwartet.
