The main house has a large sitting room and separate dining room both with solid oak floors exposed beams and log burners - each of which are spacious enough to gather your whole group comfortably to celebrate your special birthday or occasion.\nThe thatched farmhouse dating back to the 1500’s tastefully blends its traditional charm with modern comforts and offers 4 bedrooms sleeping 7 guests.\nThe Barn sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms and also contains the sauna library and snooker room downstairs. On the first floor there is a cinema room seating 18 with a 47\\ HD Smart TV Sony Blu-Ray player PS3 with a selection of games and a stereo.\nStable Cottage completes the trio with 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 including an access ramp and downstairs bedroom with en-suite wet room - making it ideal for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.\nSet on a 2 acre plot The Grange has wonderful landscaped gardens to explore with a feature waterfall and views to the village cricket pitch and adjacent orchards with a perfect sun trap for the warmer months."

Children and babies are welcome - 3 cots, 3 highchairs and stair gates are available
 
2 small dogs permitted (larger or additional dogs may be allowed by prior arrangement)
 
There is a shallow pond in the grounds, please ensure children are supervised at all times
 
The Farmhouse has a thatched roof - apologies but fireworks are therefore not allowed
 
The Grange is a family-focussed property and does not accept hens, stags, weddings or single-sex non family groups. It is not suitable for loud parties and the owners ask that you enjoy it respectfully; if you have any doubts as to its suitability for your group please call us to enquire before booking

A security deposit of £400 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

What makes this area so special

Within easy reach by car are the pretty town of Faversham, the coastal town of Whitstable and the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. A half a mile stroll will bring you to the local pub - The Red Lion, while the charming village church and cricket green are just around the corner. Doddington Place and Gardens, and Leeds Castle are both within a short drive.
