"A group of two enchanting barn conversions that provide a welcome escape from the modern world and a great place to reconnect with friends or family. These two individual barns look out onto a shared courtyard and provide flexible accommodation for up to 20 people.\nEach barn has a lovely open plan layout and is designed for getting everyone together. The courtyard and gardens that surround the barns offer outdoor living space in which to be social have drinks parties in the evenings and long lazy BBQ’s soaking up the surroundings.\nThe barns are stylishly furnished to a very high standard including the choice of linen and soft furnishings. Beds can be ’zipped and linked’ giving the option of either twin or king sized beds in some rooms which is great for travelling with children. The modern kitchens give the budding cook everything needed to create some memorable meals and with an open plan design into the dining area and sitting area cooking needn’t be a solo chore.\nThis quintessential part of England offers plenty of country activities to keep everyone occupied. Bampton itself is famously used as the back drop for the village of Downton in the TV show of the same name so you must have a wander round. Cheltenham and Oxford are only a 30 minute drive if you fancy a break from the rolling hills. There’s so much to do and see when based at The Hexham Barns make the most of it."
