The venue was good - and the house spacious. There were a few little things that should be present to make the life easier - including: - cleaning items: clothes / cleaning fluids etc to clean the bath, or surfaces, or loos - hygiene: bin liners, spare bars of soap - washing up: more than one tea-towel, perhaps a brush to clean pans - basic food items: salt & pepper, flour, vegetable or olive oil, tea bags? We went and bought all of these, but as basic items, would have been good to have not had to either bring these with us, or purchase again. Whilst we were there we had no lights in the downstairs bathroom - but recognise this was a bigger repair job for the electrician,.

Lovely Property and outside garden space. Good service and email updates leading up to our stay away. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom was not fully functional and the light didn’t work either.

Perfect accommodation, exactly as described on the website so there were no surprises. Everything was well prepared. The house was really comfortable and equipped with anything you might need for a short stay. The area was great and full of possibilities both for adults and children. There was lots of information about walks and amenities at the house but just spending time in the house itself was a treat. Communication with Mulberry Cottages staff was easy and directions to the accommodation were clear. . Lots of space. Tasteful decor. Well equipped. Very comfortable. Lovely location. And a very good tennis court - what’s not to like?

Easy and helpful process - all our questions were answered quickly and accurately - many thanks. Good house for a family reunion - quiet location in the country and easily accessible to the coast and Rye. The house was clean, comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the tennis court is a real bonus. However, some of the furniture needs updating, notably the outdoor table and chairs.

They were extremely helpful as we had to find another property at very short notice. They answered all my questions and queries expertly and fully, and I cannot praise them enough. They are definitely the company to whom we will go when we want to book another short break. Excellent service. Absolutely amazing place. Spacious, clean and well stocked. The gardens were huge and brilliant for games, hide and seek and relaxing. The tennis court was just an incredible facility which all the family enjoyed. Loved the log fire, spacious kitchen and the jacuzzi bath. Fabulous house, in the country but close to Rye, wonderful situation. Thank you.

Loved the house and the tennis court. Nice quiet location - everything provided. Would have appreciated an outside light, and more fencing around the garden as we have a dog. Very friendly people in the village, and at the pub.
