Accommodation was not as advertised (paid for B&B). There was no breakfast - they refunded £20 for 4 people for a 5 night stay. Incredibly mean, very poor customer service. Booked B&B - there was no breakfast. Accommodation was dirty, sofa bed was broken, there was an entirely glass door with no curtain, therefore no privacy in bed. No dryer as stated. Rusty furniture. Massive disappointment.

I would use them again if they held the right vacation property. There is an error in the directions they provided however, regarding the pub name used to tell the holiday maker to take a turning - it’s the Plough, not the Half Moon.

Friendly team who dealt with our questions in an efficient way Loved the lounge and garden area at the Jam Shed. Beautifully decorated. Very well equipped with many extras eg coffee capsules. Bedroom ceiling very low and storage limited.
