The open plan space they have created boasts fantastic views out onto the water meadow that leads down to the River Uck boundary.\n\nThe living area comes equipped with a 55in TV with Netflix and with the addition of an enticing wood burner is a sumptuous and special place to be. Into the separate bedroom and you will find a wonderfully comfortable kingsize bed draped in high end linens and Egyptian cotton bed sheets. There is also a solid oak dressing table which can be utilised as a convenient workspace. The light and spacious en-suite has a large walk-in shower beautiful limestone flooring with underfloor heating and ambient lighting.\n\nWildlife thrives in the surrounding areas and outside the property there is a large and private south facing terrace with seating to observe nature which make all the senses come alive. It is not uncommon to see passing deer and neighbouring sheep. Many walks and public footpaths are a stone’s throw from the farm and can be accessed easily if you fancy exploring. Pub and restaurant 3 miles."
