Easy web site to use. Kept us updated of what was required and when. No problems. We had a great time staying at the Manor Coach House in Aug 18. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. Having the bedrooms downstairs was inspired as the living area upstairs led straight out into the garden. Very comfortable cottage with all that you need. The garden was huge, kids loved playing hide and seek, table tennis and badminton. The bbq area was well done and perfect for the warm evenings. We all loved the pool, especially on the first couple of days when the weather was really hot. The cottage location was ideal as well. Not far at all to travel to lots of different places. Would heartily recommend to anyone. There were 5 of us and it suited us perfectly.

Easy booking process through Mulberry Cottages. We absolutely loved our stay at the Manor Coach House. The children spent as much time as possible in the swimming pool even when it rained. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The sun terrace was gorgeous. The only negative was that the WiFi didn’t work which meant the Smart TVs in the bedrooms were just basic TVs and we couldn’t get the internet (but then at least it meant we had a proper break from work!). We would absolutely love to visit again.

Everything done online and via email. Very efficient and information and directions arrived in good time. Would definitely use again as impressed by the quality of cottages available Cottage was finished to a high standard the owners had thought of everything. They were very welcoming and we appreciated the home made goodies and basic (and not so basic!) provisions in the fridge on arrival. Lovely base from which to explore, just a shame about the weather

Easy to use website, no problems in booking. Ref trough pretty much straight away and as promised emailed details of the property seven days before arrival. Lovely place to stay. A very well thought out accommodation. The owners have provided everything you would need to enjoy your stay. To having some milk, butter and a few surprises on arrival to a bread making machine, children’s garden toys of which my children loved. We even managed to enjoy the swimming pool in late October. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Mulberry Cottages have always been excellent. Our most recent stay the Manor Coachhouse Malmsbury in Kent was fantastic. Accurate reviews and detail of property. The owners themselves are the best hosts ever, nothing was ever too much trouble at the Coachhouse was stunning with high end finishing and beautifully presented. Fantastic hosts, very accommodating to pool opening times, high end finish in the Coachhouse and very tasteful and stylish. Our stay was fantastic with Andy and Cherie making us feel completely at home and cared for. Freshly cooked bread on arrival and a few bits in the fridge too. We will definitely be visiting again. With pretty high standards ourselves we found nothing that was an issue or a negative. If you have seen this property and thinking of staying then do it and get it booked, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Andy/Cherie
