Leading out from the living space is a lovely teak balcony overlooking the large 1 acre garden where you will find an elegant walled terrace and garden furniture. Have some fun and enjoy a dip in the heated pool followed by a game of table tennis outside. Relax as the sun goes down and light up the BBQ for an enjoyable evening meal in this delightful sun trap.\nThis elevated property sits high above the Stour Valley and has the benefits of being just a short drive to the historic City of Canterbury as well as being surrounded by the picturesque Kent countryside footpaths cycle routes and a unique complex of lakes where day anglers can spend a happy day fishing. Just 20 minutes away you can be in Whitstable where you’ll find some wonderful Blue Flag beaches. What you need to know
The use of a hot tub is available for your stay. Please note the following supplements apply - hot tub for 1-3 nights, £135. Hot tub for 4-7 nights, £200. Please contact us if you would like to arrange this. The hot tub request must be the same duration as your holiday.
Please note a single bed can be added to the ground floor bedroom on the right. If booking for 5 guests, please advise at time of booking whether you would prefer an additional single bed in the bedroom, or use of the sofa bed.

Fuel for BBQs is provided.
The property has a spiral staircase. For guests whose 4 legged friends are uncertain of spiral staircases, or those requiring a more gentle access into the property, there are 2 alternate access paths into the property - a gentle slope to the front of the property leading into the garden of The Manor Coach House, or direct access behind the property. There is a pond in the owners private garden, please ensure children do not enter this area.
Dog bed and bowls will be provided by the owner, please advise on booking the size of the dog (so the correct bed can be provided). Please note there is a charge of £30 for a second pet and a maximum of two allowed at The Manor Coach House. A welcome pack for guests and their 4 legged friends are provided. Freshly baked bread will be available on your arrival with local jams and an additional bread mix for your stay.
The owner is able to pre book wine tastings, beauty treatments and Glass Studio taster days.
All children must be supervised whilst in the pool.Please provide your own towels for the pool. The owner only supplies towels for internal use and they are not to be taken outside.
Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).
Wales: The latest Welsh government guidance states that outdoor attractions and outdoor hospitality, including at cafes, pubs and restaurants can reopen on Monday 26 April 2021. Gyms, leisure facilities and fitness facilities can reopen on 3 May 2021.
Scotland: The latest Scottish government guidance states that gyms and swimming pools can reopen for individual exercise on 26 April 2021. On the same day, outdoor hospitality (which can serve alcohol and stay open until 10pm) and indoor hospitality (without alcohol and closing at 8pm) can reopen.
